Small steps determine great achievements! Teachers are the people who have an indirect intellectual essential impact (nu inteleg ce vreti sa ziceti in romana; oare topica mai poate fi imbunatatita?) on the gross domestic product of a country. This program supports teachers in their educational activity by exposing them to creative teaching methods and techniques, so that they can expand their pedagogical potential. The purpose of the program is that, by 2035, we will have a generation of teachers who are more involved in lifelong learning activities, more aware of their own qualities and more prepared to work vocationally with all their students, so that they can succeed in areas suited to their abilities, passions and desires.
