We believe in the potential of young people to translate into reality their great dreams, ideas about humanity and the way to achieve their personal mission. The stories of all the people who have achieved success refer to the mental growth, emotional development and improvement of the self-esteem of the child who becomes an adolescent and then an adult.

Personal resilience, progressive thinking and determination to overcome potential are the prerogative of any young person who wants to succeed in life.

Inner energy, a keen mind, the development of intuition, a concern for things that matter to him and others, as well as risk tolerance can transform human potential and trigger in any individual the desire for success and the courage to overcome the obstacles of life.

We believe that young people need to discover how they can dream, how they can let themselves be carried away by the great ideas that do not give them peace and how you can use your own value system, collaboratively, to transform today's society based on healthy values.

Therefore, we are followers of collaborative work between generations, we believe in the power of complementarity and as such, we want to create an educational ecosystem in which together with all our partners we exchange value and contribute to the development of coherent, consistent and meaningful programs that promote relationships. positive and reposition the importance of education centered on healthy values at the societal level.

SCALABILITY

Every year, between 5,000 and 14,000 young people sing up for our activities. How do we reach the 3-4 million youngsters enrolled in education?

Educational content centered on values and the 5 competences – we aim to introduce it as literacy or in the curricular architecture for secondary school and high school

The pay it forward concept – we encourage young people to transfer the experience of our programs to other young people.

Corporate mentors can periodically contribute with specific resources based on their field of activity.

SUSTAINABILITY

Strategic alliances with entities active in the area of education: Coalition for education, EduNetworks, Educated Romania, NGO21, RBL etc.

Strengthen the association between relevant stakeholders in education and national programs of continuous learning for young people aged 13+ and their teachers.

Collaborative work with several committed entities that can constantly generate added value over a longer period of time to more cohorts of young people.

Intergenerational map

In this 21st century, the multigenerational workforce is the norm. Multigenerational learners are here and they are not going away. Understanding what drives each generation is a step toward ensuring the educational system's achievements and possible education risk mitigation. With these generational interactions, the education communities dynamic has changed. Each generation has different life experiences, learning styles, strengths, weaknesses, and technology “comfort levels” (Couglin, 2012).

We allready extended a national research on the 4-5 generations that are active in the educational field. We aim to understand better our beneficiers and regarded that developed this competency over time, cooperating and exchanging best practices with well-known specialists in the field of educational research is one of our best project to run.
