In a world where technology is increasingly more present, it is necessary to implement a program to support 19+ young people in Romania to develop the skills they need in life and to achieve success in the digital world. The Career Laboratory promotes a culture of performance, academic integration and equal opportunities for all students in Romania, regardless of their specialization. In addition, the project contributes to increasing the employability of young people by creating opportunities and engaging them in an attractive program, delivered in Romanian, with specific terminology, a program that develops skills and promises relevant learning experiences, as well as "contact with actual professional life" in the industries of our Partners.

We prepare young people with life skills in the digital and super-technological world.
We complement the university curriculum with workshops on current topics, anchored in reality and focused on future trends.
We increase the skills that young people need throughout their lives: self-learning, critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication, teamwork and collaboration, resilience and personal reflection.
We support young people in the personal process of self-discovery and preparation for the labor market, in order to become coveted candidates by employers.
